Dawn Allen is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in strategic marketing and project management. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at SOFIE since November 2003, Dawn collaborates with stakeholders to drive integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels. Previously, as a Senior Project Manager, Dawn developed processes and implemented CRM solutions while overseeing the maintenance of corporate Salesforce. Earlier roles include Senior Project Coordinator, focusing on medical staff training compliance with HIPAA guidelines, and Marketing Manager at Wheeling Island Racetrack & Gaming Center, where Dawn managed a large customer service team and contributed to IT projects. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from West Liberty University and two MBA degrees, with a focus on Marketing from Wheeling Jesuit University.
