Alexandra Tsvetkova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT law, project management, and organizational development. As the Founder and Executive Director of the LIBRe Foundation since 2015, Tsvetkova has led various national and EU-level multidisciplinary projects and initiatives. Additional roles include Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Medical Center Alexiev & Son, where Tsvetkova focuses on expanding neurology and neurorehabilitation services, and member of the Governing Board of the Justice Administration Research Association. Tsvetkova serves as a Scientific Expert at the Council of Europe’s CEPEJ, specifically in AI applications within judicial systems, and holds lecturing positions at Sofia University, covering innovation management and legal aspects of technology and artificial intelligence. Educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Informatics with a concentration in eBusiness and eGovernance from Sofia University and a Project Management qualification from the American University in Bulgaria.
