Stephane Vernede has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Stephane is currently working as the Chief Financial Officer at Sofia Airport since June 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Financial Director at TAV Airports from October 2021 to May 2022. From September 2019 to September 2021, they worked as the CFO at Groupe ADP. Their earlier experience includes multiple roles at Bouygues Bâtiment International, where they served as the CFO from January 2015 to September 2019 and held various other CFO positions before that. Stephane also worked as a Cost Controller at the same company from January 2011 to January 2013. Stephane began their career as an Internal Auditor at Bouygues Construction from February 2006 to January 2011. Before that, they worked as an Auditor at EY from August 2004 to February 2006.

Stephane Vernede pursued their education in civil engineering from 2002 to 2004 at Ecole spéciale des Travaux publics, du Bâtiment et de l'Industrie. During this period, they earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in civil engineering.
