Daniel Petersen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in workforce management and operations analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager at SoFi since February 2017, Daniel has held multiple roles, including Manager of Workforce Management and Senior Capacity Planner, where responsibilities included creating and managing capacity plans, hiring schedules, and reporting key metrics to senior management. Prior to SoFi, Daniel worked at Morgan Stanley as a Workforce Management Analyst and Senior Registered Client Service Associate, implementing improvements that significantly enhanced agent performance and client service delivery. Daniel began a career in finance as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch and held a position as Senior MRO Buyer at Icon Health and Fitness. Daniel holds an M.B.A. from the University of Utah and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Utah State University.
