Christopher S. is an experienced technical program management leader currently serving as the Director of Technical Program Management at SoFi since October 2021, where Christopher leads initiatives to enhance Developer Experience and improve the reliability of cloud infrastructure. Prior to SoFi, Christopher held roles such as Director of Technology at Santa Cruz Bicycles, where a full-service internal digital agency was created, and Director of Technology & Customer Experience at Trust Performance, focusing on digital experiences for a global startup. Additional experience includes positions at InsideSales.com as Senior Product Manager and Backcountry.com as Lead Product Manager, managing product development and delivery. Christopher holds a BS in Urban Studies from the University of Minnesota.
