Michelle Spera has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle is currently employed as an XPression Designer & Programmer at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Graphics Operator at ProAngle Media, Van Wagner, TVG Network Betfair US, Tennis Channel, and NFL Network. Michelle also served as a Graphics Coordinator at TVG Network Betfair US, Tennis Channel, and NFL Network. Michelle started their career as a Production Assistant at TVG Network Betfair US, where they later transitioned into the role of Graphics Coordinator. Michelle has also worked as a Research Assistant at the Media, Diversity, & Social Change Initiative and as a Director at Trojan Vision Television. Michelle's early work experience includes being a Server & Trainer at Applebee's.

Michelle Spera completed their education at the University of Southern California from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communications. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2013, they attended American River College, where they received an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Social Sciences.
