Holly Sirotta has a diverse work experience in event management and sports administration. Holly currently works as an Assistant Events Manager at California State University, Northridge, where they are responsible for organizing and overseeing Division I athletic events. Prior to this, Holly served as an Event Operations Lead at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, where they handled daily operational tasks and ensured smooth functioning of the facility. Holly also has experience as a Recreation Specialist at the City of Calabasas, where they organized recreational activities. Holly has worked with the National Football League (NFL) in various roles, including as a Zone Lead for the NFL Kickoff 2022 event and as a Zone Manager for the Super Bowl Experience. Holly has also contributed to California State University, Northridge as an Athletics Development Graduate Assistant and CSUN Athletics Marketing Intern, managing hospitality events, assisting with fundraising, and coordinating fan engagement activities. Additionally, Holly has worked as a Rams Ambassador for the Los Angeles Rams, where they focused on enhancing the fan experience and resolving customer service issues. Prior to their career in event management, they served as the Girls Lacrosse Varsity Head Coach for the Los Angeles Unified School District, where they coached and developed high school lacrosse players.
Holly Sirotta's education history includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology-Sport Studies from California State University, Northridge, which they obtained from 2013 to 2016. Holly then pursued a Master of Science (MS) in Sport Administration and Sport Psychology at Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are completing another Master of Science (MS) degree in Recreation Tourism Management at California State University, Northridge, which they began in 2020 and is expected to finish in 2022.
