In 2012, Adam Ficke joined Mystery Brewing Co. as a Business & Production Intern, where they developed analytics for the start-up brewery, including cost and revenue management, demand forecasting, and production scheduling.

Adam Ficke obtained a Master of Business Administration from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business between 2011 and 2013, and a degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech between 2004 and 2008, with a focus in Chemistry and Biotechnology.
