Sim Gupta has over 15 years of experience in various HR roles. Prior to that, Sim worked as a Freelance Recruitment Assessor/HR Consultant for companies such as British Airways, SKY, GSK, and Mars. They have also held roles as the Group HR Manager at TGM Group Ltd, Recruitment Associate at British Airways, HR Manager at Mcdonald Hotels and Saville Court Hotel, Talent Manager/HR Manager at De Vere Venues, HR Manager at Xavier Gourmet (UK) Ltd, and HR Officer at Morse. Sim has experience in various HR functions such as recruitment, performance management, disciplinary and grievance, policies and procedures, training and development, and health and safety. They have a strong track record of implementing and streamlining HR processes and procedures across different organizations.

Sim Gupta completed a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Social Sciences from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. They then pursued a Master's degree in Social Policy and Administration from Goldsmiths, University of London, which they attained between 1995 and 1996.
