Karina Pierri Magliari Gomes has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Karina currently holds the position of Global Chief People Officer - Culture, Sustainability & Compliance at SoEnergy International. In this role, Karina is responsible for overseeing the company's human resources functions with a focus on culture, sustainability, and compliance.

Prior to their current position, Karina worked at Electrolux for a significant period. Karina served as the Human Resources Director for Latin America, leading a team of HR business partners and analysts across multiple countries. Karina was responsible for managing the HR operations of commercial departments, including sales, marketing, and consumer care, with 1,800 employees. Karina also held the role of Human Resources Manager for Brazil, where they oversaw the HR activities of the commercial and marketing departments in the country.

Before joining Electrolux, Karina worked at Danone as the National Talent Management Manager, where they were involved in talent acquisition and development strategies.

Karina also gained experience as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Companhia Müller de Bebidas and as an Organizational Development Trainee at Thermo King.

Karina Pierri Magliari Gomes has a diverse education history. Karina obtained their academic graduation in Psychology from the Universidade Metodista de Piracicaba in 1999. Following this, they pursued a post-graduation in Cognitive Behavioral studies at the same university from 1999 to 2001.

In 2003, Karina enrolled in the FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and completed an MBA in Development and Management People, further enhancing their skills in this field. This educational endeavor lasted from 2003 to 2005.

After a significant gap in their education, in 2016, Karina attended the Instituto Brasileiro de Coaching - IBC, where they received a certification in Personal & Professional Coaching, enabling their to work as an Executive and Life Coach.

Continuing their pursuit of knowledge, Karina enrolled in another program at IBC in 2016, this time specializing in Positive Psychology. This particular course focused on Life & Executive Coaching and lasted for a year.

Karina's most recent educational experience was in 2018 and 2019 when they joined iPerson Global Talent Coaching. During this time, they pursued a specialization in Neuroscience, utilizing the Brain Model Canvas and Neural Business Model Canvas tools.
