Shahar Zilber's work experience includes serving as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Sodyo since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked at Tadmor Levy & Co. as an Associate from September 2018 to April 2021, and as a Legal Intern from September 2017 to August 2018. Before that, Shahar had a pre-internship position at Boaz Arad & Co. from 2015 to 2016. Shahar also gained experience at Elbit Systems Ltd, where they worked in QA and user interface characterization in 2012.

Shahar Zilber attended The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2013 to 2017. During this time, they earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the university. Additionally, they also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the same university. In January 2019, Shahar obtained a Legal License from the Israel Bar Association.
