Sherri Hillie, ACC, MSOD, currently serves as the Senior Director of Change Management for HR Systems at Sodexo, overseeing global change management and communication strategies. With a diverse background in talent management and organizational development, Sherri has held key roles at companies such as Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman, and the University System of Maryland, focusing on operational excellence, performance management, and talent strategy. In addition to consulting roles with Change Insight LLC and Lead Star, Sherri is a Vice President on the Executive Committee of Future Link, an organization dedicated to supporting first-generation, low-income young adults. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Organizational Development from The Johns Hopkins University and a communications degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, with recent coursework at Georgetown University.
