Raul Ernesto Salcido is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in high-volume food service operations. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Sodexo since June 2024, Raul has previously held positions such as Sous Chef at Perry's Steakhouse & Grille and Executive Chef at Flik Hospitality Group, where management of kitchen operations aligned with client and organizational standards was a key responsibility. Raul's extensive experience includes significant roles at Eatzi's Market and Bakery, ARAMARK Healthcare, and Aramark Business and Industry, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing kitchen production to financial management and staff development. Raul holds a Bachelor’s and Associate's degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, complemented by an Associate's degree in Food Service Management from Pikes Peak State College and a Serv Safe Certification.
