Raja Mohan currently serves as Region Head at Sodexo since June 2022, bringing extensive experience in facilities management and operations. Previously, Raja worked as Director of Integrated Facilities Management Services at Vestian Global Workplace Services from September 2021 to April 2022, and as General Manager - Technical Service (MEP) at Dusters Total Solution Services Private Limited from August 2018 to September 2021, overseeing the Hard Service Vertical and driving business growth. Raja also held senior positions at Dusters Total Solution Services as Dy General Manager from November 2014 to June 2018, and Operations Manager roles at Forum Fiza Mall and Assetz Property Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included establishing operations teams and transitioning projects to operations. Early career experiences include roles at Phoenix Market City, Future Group, and The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group, complemented by a degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Directorate of Technical Education.
