Penny Davis is a seasoned Human Resources Manager at Sodexo since October 2021, also serving in a human resources role at Urbana School District #116 since November 2018. In addition to these positions, Penny has operated as a Property Manager and Consultant since March 2015, demonstrating expertise in cost-saving processes, revenue enhancement, mediation, and negotiation. Previous experience includes roles as a Realtor at Red Key Realty Leaders StL from January 2011 to February 2021 and as a Real Estate Broker at Keller Williams Realty from June 2017 to November 2018. Penny's career began as an Event Director for the Meet Me In St Louis Swing Dance Championships from October 2008 to July 2012.
