Bruno Oliveira e Silva is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounts receivable, credit control, and team management in multinational environments. Currently serving as a Department Manager at Sodexo since October 2018, Bruno oversees a team of over 50 individuals, focusing on process planning, cash collection, compliance, and performance evaluation while implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives, including lean management. Previous roles include significant positions in various companies such as SONAE, where expertise in credit control and risk management was honed, and Xylem Inc., where finance assistant skills were developed. Bruno holds a postgraduate degree in Entrepreneurship and Internationalization and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration at FEP U. Porto.
