Helder Ribeiro has extensive experience in sales and management roles in the employee benefits and rewards industry. Helder currently holds the position of Global Sales Enablement and Performance Director at Sodexo Benefits & Rewards Services. In this role, they are responsible for designing and implementing sales strategy, performance, and compensation globally.
Prior to this, Helder held the position of Sales Effectiveness Deployment Manager at Sodexo Pass International, where they worked on implementing and improving sales methodologies at a local level. Helder collaborated closely with sales, marketing, and HR teams across Sodexo BRS, as well as local and regional providers.
Helder's previous experience includes roles as Director of Sales for TPE/CE segment at Sodexo, where they developed and supervised sales teams for this segment in Sodexo Pass France, and as Director of Sales at Sodexo Sports et Loisirs.

Helder Ribeiro attended the Centre de formation HEC starting in 2004, where they studied Management des équipes. Helder has also obtained certifications, including HubSpot Sales Software Certified, Sales Management Certification, and INBOUND CERTIFIED from the HubSpot Academy in 2020.
