Sofia Elvin has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR-chef at Region Stockholm since August 2022, where responsibilities include developing a modern HR function to support central administrations and companies. Previously, Sofia held the position of Personalchef at Nykvarns kommun from October 2016 to September 2022, focusing on driving all salary and HR processes with a commitment to quality and professionalism. Earlier roles include HR-chef at Skolinspektionen from May 2013 to October 2016 and Chef för stöd och utveckling as well as HR-ansvarig at Botkyrka kommun from August 2000 to May 2013. Sofia holds a Filosofie kandidatexamen in personal- och arbetslivsfrågor from Stockholm University, completed between 1991 and 1995.
