Gard Vammervold Eriksen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Associate at Visma, handling accounting responsibilities. Gard Vammervold then joined Deloitte Norway as an Associate from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011, Eriksen became the Chairman of the Board at NHH MRR Profesjon. Gard Vammervold later joined KPMG Norway, first as a Senior Associate from 2012 to 2014, specializing in finance, insurance/assurance, and pension funds. Following that, they served as a Manager Statsautorisert revisor from 2014 to 2015, handling a diverse client portfolio and lecturing at KPMG Business School.

From 2015 to 2017, Eriksen worked at Samsung Electronics Nordic as the Head of Finance and the Country Business Controller for Samsung Norway, overseeing finance operations and supporting all divisions both in consumer electronics and IM. Gard Vammervold then took on the role of Head of Finance for Samsung Norway and Head of Business Control for the IM division in Nordics from 2017 to 2018.

In 2013, Eriksen also became involved with Eie Økonomi AS, first as a Member of the Board from 2013 to 2015, and then as the Chairman of the Board from 2015 until now.

Gard Vammervold'slatest position is as the CFO at Söderberg & Partners Norge, starting in 2019, where they are responsible for brokering customized insurance solutions and leading risk assessment and financial advisory services.

Throughout their career, Eriksen has demonstrated expertise in finance, insurance/assurance, and accounting, with experience in management, board leadership, staff recruitment, and training.

Gard Vammervold Eriksen obtained a Bachelor's degree in accounting and audit from Handelshøyskolen i Trondheim (tidl. TØH) from 2005 to 2008. Gard Vammervold then pursued further education and completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Auditing at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) from 2010 to 2012.

In terms of certifications, Gard Vammervold Eriksen became a Statsautorisert Revisor (State Authorized Public Accountant) in February 2014, certified by Finanstilsynet (FSA Norway). Gard Vammervold also obtained an IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) accreditation in August 2013, although the institution granting this certification is not specified.
