Mikhal Conforti has extensive work experience in engineering and process improvement roles. Mikhal currently serves as the Director of Metals Process Engineering at SodaStream International, Ltd. Prior to that, they held various positions at OSG - Oran Safety Glass, including Corporate Engineering & Operational Excellence Manager and Engineering Department Manager. Mikhal also worked as a Product Engineer and Process Engineer at OSG. Before joining OSG, Mikhal worked as a Color and Additive Engineer at Kafrit Industries Ltd.

Mikhal Conforti completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Strategic and International Management from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev between 2013 and 2016. Earlier, between 2000 and 2004, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Engineering, also from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
