Massimiliano Oldani has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. massimiliano started their career at Unilever in 1996, where they held various finance roles, including finance director/controller at marketing/selling units, factory, R&D, and internal audit. In 2009, they joined Guaber, an independent multinational created by senior managers and PE funds, where they served as the CFO of Guaber & LCS and also held the position of VP M&A at Spotless Group. massimiliano then became the General Manager of Guaber from 2013 to 2015. In 2016, Massimiliano joined Inalca Spa, a company part of Cremonini and CDP Equity, where they served as the Group CFO and was responsible for all financial processes across Europe, Africa, and Russia. Currently, Massimiliano holds the position of Group Chief Financial Officer at Sodalis Group.
