Irene Flagella began their work experience in 2017 as an Assistant Event Planner at PIACENZA EXPO S.P.A. Irene then worked as a Secretary at Ditta A.T.E.M in 2018 and 2019. In 2021, they worked as an Assistant Business Consultant at GN Studio Commercialista before moving on to become a Business Analyst at Esselunga. In 2022, Irene joined Bennet S.p.A. as a Junior Business Intelligence Analyst and later transitioned to the role of Junior Controller at Sodalis Group.

From 2019 to 2021, Irene attended Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, where they obtained a Laurea Magistrale LM in Food Marketing e Strategie Commerciali.

Prior to that, they studied at the same university from 2016 to 2019, earning a Laurea triennale in Economia Aziendale (curriculum International Management).

Irene's earlier education was at Liceo linguistico Maffeo Vegio from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained their Maturità linguistica.

Besides their academic pursuits, Irene also obtained additional certifications in Problem Solving, Public Speaking, organizzazione e negoziazione from Forpin Confindustria Piacenza in September 2020.
