Liyu Yi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and software development. Currently serving as a Technical Fellow and Director of Engineering at Socure since June 2021, Liyu has held pivotal roles including Technical Director at Symantec from June 2012 to June 2021 and Development Lead at VeriSign from 2008 to June 2012. Previous positions include Principal Software Engineer at RSA and Sr. Software Engineer at Terracotta, along with a substantial tenure as Senior Consultant at BoldTech Systems Inc. Liyu's expertise encompasses software consulting, general business management, software outsourcing in China, project management, software architecture, and business development in the China market. Liyu earned a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the Colorado School of Mines and studied at Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
