Brandin Sargent is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in building and leading People Operations teams across various organizations. Currently serving as VP and Head of People Operations, Solutions & Services at Socure, Brandin has successfully developed the People Operations team to support operations in the US, Canada, and India, in addition to establishing a global People Technology Stack Roadmap. Previous roles include VP at Wonder, where Brandin implemented Ceridian Dayforce HCM, and positions at York Risk Services Group, JetPay Corporation, and Brother International Corporation, focusing on HR operations and technology enhancements. Brandin's early career includes leadership roles at Gardner Denver, Olympus Corporation of the Americas, and Cornerstone Portfolios LLC, with expertise in HRIS system implementation and management. Brandin holds a BS in Computer Science from Messiah University and an MBA from DeSales University.
