Andrea Crouch is an experienced professional in learning design and communications, currently serving as Learning Design Manager and Director of Communications at Socratic Arts since July 2012. Responsibilities include collaborating with client stakeholders and subject matter experts to create customized learning solutions and managing the creative process from concept to deployment. Previous roles include Senior Writer/Instructional Designer at iCarnegie, where Andrea collaborated on high-level documents and researched assessments, and Publications Manager at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, focusing on design and editing of bilingual publications and annual reports. Additional experience includes positions at Gateway Publishing and the Northern Allegheny County Chamber of Commerce. Andrea Crouch holds a BSBA in Marketing from Duquesne University and an MA in Journalism and Mass Communications from Point Park University.
