Hilal Altintas has a diverse range of work experience spanning several industries. They began their career as a Teaching Assistant at Bilkent University in 2013. In 2015, they interned at the Republic of Turkey Energy Market Regulatory Authority. Altintas then transitioned to the corporate sector, working as a Major Incident Coordinator at Tata Consultancy Services from 2016 to 2017. They then joined Vestel, where they initially worked as a Management Trainee for a brief period before becoming a Marketing Specialist. In 2021, Altintas took on the role of Marketing Lead at E-Bursum.
