Eric Cheifet is a skilled mechanical engineer with extensive experience in engineering analysis, structural design, and project management. Currently serving as Principal Engineer at SOCOTEC USA since March 2015, Eric has held various roles including Project Engineer and Senior Mechanical Engineer, focusing on stress analysis and failure analysis. Prior to SOCOTEC USA, Eric worked at Boeing from July 2009 to March 2015, where responsibilities included structural design using CATIA V5, coordination of project schedules, and implementing structural analysis principles. Eric's earlier experience includes design and manufacturing engineering at Micro-Coax and mechanical design engineering at Nelson Design Services. Eric holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and Villanova University.
