Dylan Caldwell is a Building Control Surveyor at SOCOTEC Building Control since May 2022, with previous experience at East Dunbartonshire Council in various roles including Building Standards Surveyor, Building Quality Officer, and Building Standards Inspector from May 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, experience includes serving as a Trainee Site Manager at Procast Building Contractors Ltd from April 2018 to May 2019 and as a Trade Supervisor at Window Care from June 2015 to April 2018. Dylan Caldwell holds a Master's Degree in International Construction Project Management and an Honours Degree in Construction Management, both from Glasgow Caledonian University, as well as a Bachelor's Degree and a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Construction Management.
