Joshua Barks has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as a NOC Engineer at SOCKET since November 2015. Previously, Joshua held various roles at SOCKET, including Provisioner and Business Center Analyst Tier I and II, as well as Tier II Residential Tech Support and Residential Tech Support. Before joining SOCKET, Joshua gained managerial experience as a Kitchen Manager at McDonald's from October 2002 to August 2018. Joshua earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Computer Science from Bryan University between 2013 and 2015.
