Chidakash Rao has a diverse work experience in the field of creative directing and art direction. chidakash started their career in 1999 as a Senior Art Director at Makhija Advertising, where they contributed to the development of various creative concepts for print, TV, radio, digital media, and more. chidakash also supervised production processes, including photo shoots and print productions. After that, they worked as a Senior Art Director at C & D Advertising, where they continued to contribute to creative concepts and managed design work.
Rao then transitioned into the role of Creative Director - Art at N&M Advertising, Mac Advertising, Jaya Advertising (P) Ltd., and Grandale Advertising, before joining Rego Advertising, where they served as Creative Director - Art from August 2010 to February 2012. In these roles, they continued to contribute to creative and conceptual development for various campaigns across different media channels, and also supervised design work and coordinated with production departments.
From 2012 to 2014, Rao worked as a Creative Director - Art at Image Solution, where they focused on art direction and creative development. In 2014, they joined SocioSquare as a Creative Director - Art & Digital, contributing to creative direction in both art and digital domains.
In the same year, Rao also took on the role of Consultant Creative Director - Art & Digital at a confidential company, where they continue to use their expertise to provide creative direction.

Chidakash Rao's education history spans from 1971 to 1982. In 1971, they attended Neral Vidya Mandir in Neral, where they completed their SSC degree. This degree was awarded by the Maharashtra State University in Pune. From 1976 to 1981, Rao pursued a G.D. Art Diploma at Sir J.J. School of Art in Mumbai. Following this, from 1980 to 1982, they obtained a Metal Craft Diploma from the same institution. In each case, Rao successfully completed their studies and passed the respective programs.
