Pritam Das is an experienced professional in the field of engineering and business management, currently serving as the Director of Technical Engineering at Toray Composite Materials America, Inc. since November 2014. With a diverse background that includes roles such as Senior Technical Manager and Technical Manager for various applications, Pritam has developed expertise in leadership, resource management, strategy, and communication. Board member of the Composites Division at the Society of Plastics Engineers since May 2007, Pritam has actively contributed to the dissemination of technical information in the composites sector. Previous experience includes project management at Milgard Manufacturing, where Pritam oversaw project execution aligning with sustainability goals, and program management at the National Composite Center, focusing on innovation in energy-efficient products. Pritam holds an MBA in Technology Management from UW Foster School of Business and a Master’s degree in Polymer Engineering from The University of Akron.
