Michael Paloian is an experienced professional in industrial design and product engineering, currently serving as President of Integrated Design Systems, Inc. since 1983. Michael has also held significant roles including Chairman of the Product Design & Development Division at the Society of Plastics Engineers since 2010 and Faculty member at the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where a workshop on Integrated Plastic Product Design is conducted. As a contributing design editor for RotoWorld Magazine, Michael contributes to the discourse on rotational molding and design. Previous leadership roles include Past Chairman of the Rotational Molding Division for the Society of Plastics Engineers and founding partner positions at Integrated Plastics Technology, Inc. and Paloian & George, Inc. Michael holds a Master of Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Lowell.
