Jon George is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the plastics and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as Engineering Manager and Senior Process Engineer with Rosti Group since August 2018, Jon also owns Snaplets, a company dedicated to inventing children's toys. As President of the Great Salt Lake Section of the Society of Plastics Engineers, Jon organizes technical seminars and networking events. Previously, Jon held roles including Injection Molding Instructor at Davis Applied Technology College and Director of Research and Development at sBioMed, where responsibilities included designing innovative packaging and managing product development programs. Jon’s earlier experience as a Process Engineer at Autoliv involved developing manufacturing processes for automotive airbags and achieving significant labor and scrap rate reductions. Jon holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
