Adam Hays currently serves as a Manufacturers Rep Agency at QMC Plastic Machinery, focusing on sales, service support, and training for both new and used plastic machinery across Western Wisconsin, Minnesota, North and South Dakota since January 2021. Hays represents several notable companies in the plastics industry, including Shibaura Machine America, Advantage Engineering, Novatec Inc., and others, offering a wide range of machinery and components. Previously, Hays held positions on the Society of Plastics Engineers Upper Midwest Section Board of Directors since July 2017, managed sales as a Manufacturers Rep for Aqua Poly Equipment from September 2010 to December 2020, worked as a Plant Engineer/Quality Manager at Advanced Extrusion Inc. from February 2001 to June 2010, and served as an Extrusion Engineer at Kama / Ultra Pac from September 1993 to February 2001. Educational qualifications include an AA degree in Electrical and Electronics from Anoka Technical acquired between 1994 and 2010.
