Steve Pavlicek serves as the Community Engagement Manager for both the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) and the Health Care Compliance Association (HCCA) since May 2022. Prior to these roles, Steve held the position of Development and Training Manager at ImpactLives Inc. from February 2018 to April 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). Steve also contributed to education as a Teaching Assistant at both Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and Bethel University, and served as the Administrative Officer for the Leadership Team at First Covenant Church Minneapolis in 2015. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Education degree in Higher Education Administration at Bethel University, Steve also holds a Master of Arts in Christian Thought from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in Art from the University of Minnesota.
