Mary Efretei-Ogunkoya is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in people operations and organizational development. Currently serving as the Senior People Operations Manager at Society for Family Health Nigeria, Mary provides strategic guidance on recruitment, onboarding, employee evaluation, and labor relations. Prior roles include Head of People at uLesson Education, where Mary developed and implemented the company's human resource strategy, and Human Resource Business Partner at the British Council, focusing on HR administration and advisory. With a strong background in policy development and implementation, performance management, and talent management across various organizations, Mary has consistently contributed to enhancing workplace dynamics and ensuring effective HR practices.
