Xavier Drago is a consultant specializing in chemistry, hydrogen issues, the environment, energy, and human resources at ARCLES since December 2019. Concurrently, Xavier serves as the Secretary of the Administrative Committee and President of the Human Resources Committee at Société Philanthropique. Additionally, Xavier holds the position of Secretary General at La truffe / amicale des périgourdins de Paris since December 2016. Previously, Xavier was the General Delegate at Fondation d'Entreprise Air Liquide from December 2008 to December 2017 and held various roles at Air Liquide, including Director of Sustainable Development and Director of Human Resources. Xavier has also participated in a government mission on Corporate Social Responsibility in early 2013, which included presenting a report to high-ranking ministers. Academically, Xavier holds a doctorate in Molecular/Atomic Physics from Paris-Sud University and an engineering diploma from ESPCI Paris - PSL.
