Marie-Hélène Lagacé has a diverse work experience in various industries. Marie-Hélène started their career in 1999 as an Events Manager for BiblioTech Ltd in the UK, where they organized interactive online events. Marie-Hélène then became a Liaison Officer for BiblioTech Ltd in Canada, leading business development and spearheading marketing and public relations.

In 2001, Lagacé joined Porter Novelli as a Senior Consultant, responsible for public relations for national clients in Quebec. Marie-Hélène worked with clients in the automotive, food, high tech, and consumer goods industries.

In 2004, Lagacé joined Molson Coors as the National Senior Director of Public Relations, leading a team and overseeing corporate reputation and brand communications. Marie-Hélène held this role for eight years.

Marie-Hélène Lagacé has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications from Concordia University, which they earned from 1996 to 1999. Prior to that, they attended Cégep de Rivière-du-Loup from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a DEC in Applied Sciences.
