Cristina Gabriela R. serves as a Senior in-house Legal Counsel at Societatea Nationala Nuclearelectrica SA since November 2019, focusing on legal counseling and dispute resolution within a seven-member legal team. Previously, Cristina R. practiced as a lawyer at Cristina Rachita Law Office and the Bucharest Bar Association from August 2005 to October 2019, specializing in civil and commercial contracts, family law, labor law, and administrative law. With membership in the Bucharest Bar Association since February 2000, Cristina R. also has experience as a civil and civil procedure moderator at JURIDICE.ro and as a partner at Barsan & Partners, where responsibilities included team coordination and client representation in various litigations. Cristina R. has a strong educational background, currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Nuclear Law at the International School of Nuclear Law and has completed several certifications related to data protection, public procurement contracts, and human rights law.
