Carlos Morales possesses extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly in human resources and technology. Since January 2012, Carlos has served as CHRO & CTO at Pucobre, leading digital transformation, automation, infrastructure, and information systems. Previously, from February 2000 to December 2011, Carlos held multiple positions at everis Chile, including Director of New Business, Director of People for Latin America, Operations Manager for Chile, and Consulting Manager, overseeing corporate integration and significant consulting projects in various sectors. Prior experience includes a role as an IT Consultant at Price Waterhouse Coopers. Carlos holds a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Industrial and Computer Sciences from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
