Ricardo Illesca Schwerter is an experienced professional in management control, research, and planning, currently serving as Chief of Management Control at Sociedad de Instrucci贸n Primaria de Santiago since July 2019. Previously, Ricardo was a Teacher Assistant at Columbia Law School, contributing to education policy consultant projects, and a Summer Intern at CSforALL, where coordination efforts supported K-12 Computer Science education initiatives. Ricardo also held the position of COO at Instituto Profesional Esucomex, managing a $1 million budget and leading a team to achieve national accreditation. As Head of User Experience Department and IT Project Manager at Ministerio de Educaci贸n, significant advancements were made in IT systems for schools. Additionally, Ricardo produced a successful musical project at Universidad de los Andes. Educational qualifications include an Executive Master in Finance from ESE Business School Chile, a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University, and a dual degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes.
