Sara Bergmann serves as a Consulting Manager at Social Ventures Australia, contributing to improved social outcomes through community engagement and organizational effectiveness since March 2023. Sara holds the position of Non-Executive Director of Digital Media at the National Indigenous Times from February 2022. Previously, as Manager at Kimberley Language Resource Centre, Sara oversaw governance and operations across the Kimberley region until March 2023. At Rio Tinto, Sara held various roles, including Operational Readiness Analyst for the Winu project and contributed to culture transformation and heritage management initiatives as a graduate in multiple programs. Early experience includes serving as a vacation student at Rio Tinto's Human Resources teams and facilitating Indigenous educational discussions for ICEA Foundation. Sara's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from The University of Western Australia.
