Jamie Filipow is a District Partnerships Coordinator at Social Studies School Service since July 2022, previously serving as the Director of Secondary Social Studies Curriculum and Development and Teacher Development Specialist at Houston ISD from June 2014 to June 2022. Jamie holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's degree in Women's Studies from the University of Arizona, which was obtained between 1999 and 2003.
