Laura Rushing has been working in the industry since 2015. Laura began their career at Benefit Communication Insourcing as a Benefits Advisor and Communication Specialist. In 2018, they joined Colonial Life as an Agency Sales Manager and District General Agent. In 2020, they took on the role of Account Manager, Coordinator at Premier Worksite Solutions, LLC. Most recently, they have been working as a Jr. Analyst and Customer Success Manager at Social Security Solutions, Inc. since 2022.

Laura Rushing earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology, General from Drury University between 2005 and 2009.
