Armin McCrea-Dastur, PhD, is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in talent development, organizational effectiveness, and diversity initiatives. Currently, Armin serves as the Founder and President of Diamond Consulting Corp., as well as a Senior Consultant at AlignOrg Solutions. Armin also holds the position of EVP Talent, Culture, and Chief Diversity Officer at Social Purpose Corrections. In academia, Armin is an Adjunct Professor at Purdue University Global, teaching courses in Psychology and Industrial Organizational Psychology. Previous roles include VP of Talent at CoreCivic, VP of Talent Management at EssilorLuxottica, and Senior Director of Talent at Danone, among others. Armin's educational background includes a PhD in Organizational Leadership, an MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and an MS in Sport Psychology.
