Mothen began their professional journey as a Human Resource Intern at the Bank of England.

Mothen Amuaku completed their education at Aston University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in International Business. Prior to that, they attended Highams Park Sixth Form from 2008 to 2010, where they studied Business Studies, English Language, and Leisure Studies. In addition to their formal education, Mothen obtained a certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) from Microsoft in April 2021.
