Eva Katsani is an experienced professional in the field of social services and psychology, currently serving as Service Manager at Social Interest Group since September 2020. At Penrose Drive Independent Approved Premises, Eva has led the implementation of community-based residential facilities for males who have offended, focusing on purposeful activities and the Enabling Environments Award. Prior roles include Deputy Manager and Acting Deputy Manager within Offender Personality Disorder Housing & Accommodation Support Services, and a Senior Residential Warden at the University of Lincoln, enhancing student support. Eva's educational background includes an MSc in Forensic Psychology from the University of Lincoln and various diplomas in leadership, management, and project management from Lonsdale Institute, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
