Anna Fra is an experienced Shiatsu therapist currently working as a trauma-informed Shiatsu therapist at Change Grow Live since September 2023 and providing on-site corporate massage with The Office Massage since April 2023. Anna has a long-standing engagement in the field, with roles as a Shiatsu therapist at One Housing and the Social Interest Group since 2001, and collaborations with Equinox Care supporting individuals with mental health issues and substance abuse. Additional experience includes being a registered massage therapist with Hands Inc from July 2011 to October 2022 and various self-employed positions since 2000. Anna's educational background includes a degree in Shiatsu from the European Shiatsu School and participation in the Erasmus international program in Clinical Psychology at Université de Poitiers, alongside further studies in Enneagram training.
