Samir Panjwani has extensive experience in strategy, performance, and learning roles. Samir is currently working at Social Impact as the Technical Director, previously holding positions as Program Director and Senior Program Manager within the same department. Before joining Social Impact, Samir worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Senior Technical Advisor at a start-up, where they developed a dashboard and supply chain management system. Samir also worked at Adam Smith International as a Monitoring and Results Measurement Advisor, The Aga Khan Academies as a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist, and Coffey International Ltd as a Qualitative Research Analyst. Additionally, Samir has held various roles with the Aga Khan Foundation in Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and Canada, as well as with the American India Foundation.
Samir Panjwani pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in History, Technology, and Society (History and Sociology) from Georgia Institute of Technology between 2003 and 2008. Later, from 2013 to 2014, they attended the University of Sussex where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Poverty and Development from the Institute of Development Studies.
