Isabella Olson is a seasoned business development professional with extensive experience in both non-profit and private sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Manager at Social Impact since February 2022, Isabella has previously held positions such as Business Development Coordinator at Causal Design, where a significant increase in total award value was achieved. Prior to that, Isabella worked as a Business Development and Program Associate at DevTech Systems, Inc., coordinating proposals for Public Financial Management and Data Services. Experience also includes a role as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ethiopia, where Isabella led gender development programming and served as the National Coordinator for the Gender and Development Committee. Isabella's foundation in fundraising and advocacy is highlighted by work with the University of Vermont Foundation and as a founding member of the SPEAK Vermont Prison Initiative. Isabella holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of Vermont.
